Yes, you are entirely correct. Saigon was started by nico and some
other old geezer (who I don't think is around anymore) to put out
mellower, jazzy stuff.
The last one they put out was 'bliss', the flip of which was a remix of
'dat's cool' he did for the breakbeat science 2 comp.
I checked the run out grove of that new one (revolvo) and though I can't
remember the number (I think 012 or 013), it IS the next Saigon release.
As for the artists on Saigon, quite a few of them are nico (including
one that's nico and myself), but there are a few outside artists also
mixed in. Most of those are relatively unknown, but a few you might
recognize.
I'll see if I can dig them out tonight and post a disco...

ps: I don't know what's up with 'spider net'. I've always loved that
