Digits, the debut CD from Motion Control, is out on monday 23. march. Motion Control is Oddgeir Hvidsten and Lars Kristian Sande, living in the electric raindrops of Bergen, Norway. They started their recording carreer in the ambient-trio Neural Network. After two albums, Neural Network is currently on ice, but Oddgeir og Lars Kristian continued their work together, now in a more rhytmic groove direction. As Motion Control, they have released the two EP's Handcuffed and Digits on the UK Universal Code label, and a new one is coming soon. The Digits CD is a collection of these three EP's, plus a bonus track. The Digits CD is warm, sexy, technological melodies over sensual and exotic strings and erotic, funky beats, with inspiration from Detroit techno and european minimalism.
