Last time I was on Warpnet, there was a two minute excerpt from the new Squarepusher album in RA format. Pretty strange Mahavishnu/Mwandishi style stuff. I'm looking forward to more. >this is forwarded mail from the alt.music.techno>>>>>> >review of the new squarepusher on warp by Anders Knapstad : > > >>I just received a taped copy of the new Squarepusher album 'Music Is Rotted >One >>Note' today. >> >>Squarepusher fans bewarned: This is NOT a Squarepusher album. Or shall I >say, >>this is not the sound we've familiarized with Squarepusher. >> >>Gone are the drill n bass rapied drum machines. Gone are the bleepy >electronic >>pieces. This is easily Tom's most diverse album to date. >> >>The first few tracks are very loose funk and jazz pieces. None of which >sound >>electronic at all.
