nope - I don't think there is one... I do live shows on the Web which
are streamed out on RealAudio... well, it's all improv... so I found
some excellent parts that could be defined as a distinct track - so
played the Real Audio out into my mixer - then back into the computer
into Sound Forge - from there I did a lot of work to pull out the
frequencies that get killed from the compression - the final product
came out pretty good!
It took awhile... but it worked
