Re: Art-Tek Records .. http:/mu.ru

Art-tek Records' latest compilation called
"Artefacts" has officially locked a position
amongst the best glitch-electronics comps
for 1999. Moscow, Russia is home to most
of the artists on this compilation. Artists
include Fizzarum, Eu, Lazyfish, Cutoff, Novel
23, T.a.n.d.e.m., DJ Compass Vrubell, J-Toonz,
Kustota, Ambidextrous, Panya, Scsi-9, and
Solar X. While my ears still need to adjust to
the abundance of crunchy beats, and quirky
melodies, this one will, and should remain=20
at the top of your stack for quite a while!

Re: Octopus Inc "Mere Things & Mindless Creatures"

I think Lance may have mentioned this already,
i'm behind on digests. Octopus Inc is also known
as Noah Sasso, that young chap who created the
Pacman 2xcdr a while back on Kracfive. While=20
Pacman resided on the experimental construction
of weird beats and odd samplings, Octopus Inc
sounds "more" refined, and contains minimal idm=20
tracks that should appeal to K5 fans. Highlights
on here would include "Milano," "Headkem," and
"Baby CPU Clock." Not sure if anyone noticed,
but the copy i've got here contains 12 tracks titles,
and lists 14. There are only 12 tracks on the cd.

Re: Upcoming thoughts on the new T=F6sh=F6klabs=20
ambient winter compilation!

Pietro.
