can anyone help me with any tips on how to encode wav or similar files
(stereo, 44.1 mhz) into mp3 files? any applications necessary, what? i'm
running a powermac and have tried a fair number of sound utilities in hopes
of preparing some of my audio files for smooth web transition. any help
appreciated.
