Looking for futuristic, dark, electro/techno w/ deep atmospherics along the lines of any Electron releases. The only things I have in my crate which come close are the seven Electron releases I own, along w/ Link & E621's "Antacid" 12". Jonesing for more of this sound bad, but all the electro I have come across lately seems to lean towards a more retro-80's-dmx feel. Cheezy vocoders just don't do it for me like the Electron stuff does. The Interdimensional Transmissions stuff comes close (Sluts & Strings especially) but not quite. Any advice on this tip? P.S. Electro/techno labels I haven't checked into yet - Viewlexx, Electrolux, Science City, Electrecord/Formic, Nature, Ersatz. Does any of this resemble what I'm describing above (that Electron sound)? Also, anyone w/ used Electron Industries releases - I'm in the market to buy.
